Therefore, although all purchased items from MALZEC are generally non-refundable, we do provide options for returns and exchanges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We have a 7-day return policy starting from the date of delivery for your convenience. However, please note that any item discounted at 30% or more is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Here are the conditions that must be met in order to be eligible for a return & exchange:

1. Fit Issues: If the shoes you purchased do not fit, we can accommodate exchange requests for different colors and styles. However, this is only possible if both the desired color and size are unavailable.

2. Damages or Issues: If there are any damages or issues with your item, it can be returned.

To initiate the return process, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused.

2. Please return the item in its original packaging.

3. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

 For the replacement of item, please keep the following in mind:

- If the replacement item has a lower price than the original item, you will be refunded the remaining balance.

-  If the replacement item is more expensive, you will need to cover the price difference.

- If the replacement item is no longer available but you still need to change the size, you will receive store credit for future purchases.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. After that, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our website.
