If using Paymongo or PayPal, there is no need to send a photo of the receipt.

Yes, we do. You can choose GCash at checkout via Paymongo or your GCash App.

Please follow these steps after making the payment:

1. Take a photo of the receipt or deposit slip
2. Send the photo to payments.malzec@gmail.com
3. Make sure to include your Confirmation Order # in the email subject

After confirmation, your order will be reserved for you for 2-3 days. If you need to make changes or extend your reservation, simply message us on Instagram: @malzecshoes or email us at hello@malzec.com

If the payment is not settled within the specified period, your order will automatically be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Our business and processing hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. After placing an order, please note that it will be shipped the next business day.

2-4 business days with a minimum delivery fee of ₱100

Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

4-8 business days with a minimum Delivery fee of ₱190

Please keep in mind that during busy periods, holidays, or extreme weather conditions, there may be potential delays in the dispatch of your order.

Our minimum fee for Regular Shipping within METRO MANILA is ₱100 via GOGO Express.

Our minimum fee for Regular Shipping to PROVINCES (LUZON / VISAYAS / MINDANAO) is ₱190 via GOGO Express / LBC / JRS.

Yes, we do! Our pick-up point is located in Fairview, Quezon City.

Our pick-up schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9AM – 2PM.

Just select "pick up" at checkout page via Grab Express or Lalamove. You will receive an email notification for the pick up details and the shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer.

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above ₱5,000 for Metro Manila and provinces. It will be automatically applied at the checkout.

Yes, you can have the items delivered to a courier branch in your area for pickup. Just provide the correct address of the courier branch before placing an order.

The package must be retrieved within 5 days of its arrival. If you fail to pick up the item, it will be returned to us, and you will need to pay another shipping fee before we can ship it back to you.

If nobody is available at the specified address, the courier will automatically attempt to deliver your parcel again on the next workday. Alternatively, you can arrange for someone to receive the package on your behalf by informing the courier in advance.

If your order has been dispatched, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated. If you haven't received any tracking updates, please email at one of the following details: hello@malzec.com or malzecshoes@gmail.com

If you have not received your order within the mentioned timeframes, kindly contact our courier service provider as they are our-third party service. You may also please reach out to us at:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping for our products. Our shipping services are limited to within the Philippines.

Returns & Refunds

We value our customers' satisfaction and aim to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase from MALZEC. While we stand behind the quality of our items, we conduct thorough checks on all orders prior to dispatch.

Therefore, although all purchased items from MALZEC are generally non-refundable, we do provide options for returns and exchanges.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, the customer is responsible for covering the return and exchange shipping costs.

Unfortunately, all items discounted at 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. They are excluded from our Return Policy.

We offer a wide range of options using both genuine leather materials and faux leather.

Our genuine leather options are crafted from high-quality, durable leather for a premium look and feel.

Our faux leather options are crafted to closely mimic the texture and appearance of real leather.

Each product description on our website will clearly indicate whether it is made from genuine leather or faux leather. We believe in transparency and strive to provide accurate information for our customers to make informed choices.

CARE

To clean your genuine leather footwear, gently wipe off any dirt or dust with a soft, damp cloth. For deep cleaning, you can use a specialized leather cleaner and follow the instructions provided by the product. Apply a leather conditioner periodically to keep the leather moisturized and supple.

Faux leather footwear can be cleaned by wiping off dirt or stains with a soft cloth or sponge dipped in mild soapy water. For stubborn stains, use a gentle cleaning solution specifically designed for faux leather. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that may damage the faux leather.

Each column in the size chart represents the end-to-end measurement from the heel to the longest toe in centimeters. This measurement will help you determine which size corresponds best to your foot length.

To measure for the best fit, follow these steps:

2. Measure the length from the heel to the longest toe.

3. Compare the measurements to the sizing chart.

4. Choose the larger size if you are between two sizes.

5. Consider width measurements for a better fit.
